Asian Community Concern, in partnership with Ealing Community Partners and the West London NHS Trust, is pleased to invite residents of the Ealing Borough to a free Community Health Check Clinic.
The Diabetes Integrated Care Service (DICE) is a specialist diabetes service delivered locally in Ealing, part of the broader Ealing Community Partners network.
This special event is designed to support and promote the health and wellbeing of our diverse local community through accessible, preventative health services and education.
Join us for a relaxed and informative afternoon where you can access a range of health checks and expert advice — completely free of charge.

- Body Mass Index (BMI) Calculations
