As part of National Diabetes Week, Southall Community Alliance has worked in partnership with the Diabetes Integrated Care Ealing (DICE) team to arrange a diabetes health check session in Southall.

The session will on Wednesday 12th June 2019 at Sri Guru Singh Sabha, Park Ave, Southall.

This is a free health check session and a range of health professionals will be present to help and advise residents.

The prevalence of type 2 diabetes is a major concern in parts of Ealing, particularly Southall and we hope the session can assist diabetic patients and those at risk.

These sessions are free so please encourage people to attend and get checked.

Diabetes is a preventable health condition and we are working to raise awareness of risk factors within the community.
