Description:
Ealing 'Us Girls' Project is celebrating International Women's Day with a fun filled sports festival for women only 16 +.

Activities on the day include:

• Multi-Sport taster sessions,Street dance & Bollywood session
• Stress Management Workshop
• Tours, Information & 1 day guest pass for the Women's Only Gym at Southall Sports Centre
• Childrens Sport's session for 5-12 year olds

The Festival will take place on Wednesday at the Southall Sports Centre.

Young women aged 16 to 25 will have the opportunity to try out new sports and activities including badmington, basketball, football and dance.

Team Ealing Ambassador and GB track star Laura Turner will also be there to support the event and encourage women to take part in sports.
