Individual results showed Sher Group candidates receiving between 2,727 and 2,777 votes, with Ishtmeet Singh Phull achieving the highest overall total of 2,777 votes (the new Development Secretary). Panthic Group candidates received between 2,239 and 2,282 votes.
Voters were electing 21 members to the new Executive Committee. All 21 Sher Group candidates won seats, while all members of the Panthic Group were unsuccessful in retaining theirs.
On Sunday 19th October 2025, the newly elected committee formally allocated roles among its 21-member team. SGSS issued a statement saying:
This dedicated team will continue to serve the Sangat with love, humility, and unity — always striving to make everyone’s experience at the Guru Ghar welcoming, inspiring, and full of Seva.
Above all, they remain deeply committed to upholding the highest standards of Satkar for Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj.
With the election results now confirmed and roles assigned, the Sher Group begins its tenure managing Sri Guru Singh Sabha Southall, one of the largest and most respected Gurdwaras in the UK.
Welcoming thousands of visitors each week, it plays a central role in promoting Sikh faith, culture, and community service. Through its free vegetarian kitchen (Langar), the Gurdwara serves over 1,000 meals every day — providing nourishment and hospitality to all, regardless of faith or background.
