Take part in Falls Prevention Week and discover how to stay steady, strong, and reduce your risk of falls and injury.
This year’s theme, “From Awareness to Action”, highlights that falling is not an inevitable part of ageing. In fact, most falls can be avoided — and older adults can take simple steps to protect themselves. Staying active and building fitness are key to lowering the risk.
As part of Falls Prevention Week (15–19 September 2025), two free information sessions will be held — one in Southall and one in Greenford.
