Join us to explore the improved canalside towpath and take part in some free taster wellbeing activities
Bring a picnic and join us to explore the improved towpath, take part in some free wellbeing activities, see the community garden designs, explore the programme of wellbeing activities on offer this summer, relax and enjoy the wellbeing benefits of being by the water.
The FREE activities include: Bird box making, on the water fun (either canoeing or kayaking), wellbeing activities (yoga, movement and mindfulness), a treasure hunt, seed planting and Dr Bike. These may change.

Please bring some food for your picnic. We will provide some samosas and cupcakes. Please register here to let us know you are coming to help us plan the day
