Date: Wed 28 Jun 2023Time: 6 pm - 7:30 pm
Join Ealing green champions, academics and Ealing Council officers to discuss the recent climate action developments in the borough.
Addressing climate change is a collective endeavor that Ealing Council cannot tackle in isolation. It calls for the active participation and commitment of every individual within the borough to embrace a new vision for our future. It should deliver multiple benefits for our communities, health and the economy.
Join Ealing doctors, local green champions, academics and Ealing Council officers to discuss the recent climate action developments in the borough.
At this session, we will discuss the most pressing issues for climate action and present examples of best practices to make Ealing a green and healthy borough. We will hear directly from specialists and people working across Ealing who are innovating and providing climate action solutions to residents. Speakers will be announced shortly.
The event is for anyone who would like to learn more about how Ealing is changing due to climate change and how to address the changes with climate action – no prior knowledge is required.
However, it may be of particular interest to individuals, community groups and other professionals looking to connect with local champions and discuss ongoing activities in the borough.
