You are invited to an update exhibition about the regeneration of the Southall Gasworks by St. James.

Please come along to the exhibition to meet members of St James and the design team, and give us your thoughts on the proposed changes to the masterplan.

Exhibition dates:

• Saturday 30 May 2015 - 10.00am–3.00pm
• Tuesday 2 June 2015 - 3.00pm–8.00pm
• Wednesday 3 June 2015 - 3.00pm–8.00pm

St James acquired the Southall Gasworks in June 2014 and will be regenerating the site over the coming years.

Planning permission was granted in 2010 for a masterplan for the regeneration of the site. Without changing the basis of this we would like to enhance and refine the plans to ensure that the development complies with our placemaking ideals of building beautiful homes and neighbourhoods.

We will be making these changes through a planning application. We would like to invite you to a drop-in exhibition to view the updated masterplan for the regeneration of the Southall Gasworks.
