Paris Attack - An Attack Against The Whole of Humanity

Mon 16 Nov 2015
We urge people to stay calm and not play into the hands of terrorists who seek to divide our Great British Society.

The London Central Mosque speaks for all Muslims when it makes the following statement on the “barbaric attacks”:

"We are deeply saddened by this news and sincerely send our condolences to the families of the deceased. We pray to God to safeguard us all from such shocking terrorist attacks committed by these criminals wherever and whoever they might be."

"The perpetrators of this heinous act go against the fundamental teachings of Islam, which encourages the safe guarding of all human life."

Allah says in the Quran: "Whoever saves a life it is as if he has saved the life of the whole humanity." (Quran 5:32) This also means, whoever kills a life it is as if he has killed the whole of humanity.

"It is important to remember that these attackers show no bias between Muslim and Non-Muslims alike in their crimes and that we all stand together in solidarity against terrorism."

Pir Syed Munawar Hussain Shah Bukhari posts on his Facebook page: "Our thoughts are with the victims of the attacks in Paris, and with all Muslims who will undoubtedly have to bear the consequences."

Mr Suhail Mehmud President Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Southall said: "We condemn the actions of extremists wherever they may be, whatever their cause."

"We are with the people of France in sharing their pain. This was an outrageous attack on the peaceful innocent members of the public and they are in our thoughts and prayers."

Note: No Muslim country or community recognises the Ahmadiyya as Muslims.
